05-24-06, 04:52 PM I wish to create an encoutner with a banshee in an upcoming session but they aren't in the MM. Has the banshee been converted to 3e and, if so, in what book?

But that's 3.0. You can get the 3.5 conversion stats for the banshee here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20030718a).
