Also if you have any advice on what else I can use please also post that. The reason I ask is I found one once and now I'm trying to make the first level of a dungeon for a campaign me and my cousins can play.

Are you asking for a map making program or something to play D&D online with? In either case go to the sticky "What's a DM to Do?" above and click on Useful DM Links. There are some mapping programs in the lists there.
