My group has asked me to run them through City of the Spider Queen, when the group reaches 10th level. They are 9th now I hardly ever use preprinted mods and I've never used one as big as City of the Spider Queen. I'm curious, as DMs how would you rate the Mod, I like to know what others thought of it before I buy it.

Our group is into heavy Role-playing, not Roll Playing. Is there a large amount of fighting with little story, or a more balanced ratio of combat to story? Plus is the story any good and would it seriously effect an on going campiagn?

I would really like your opinions please. Thanks.

I would have to say that the adventure was fairly well written. I'm not sure I would use in an on going campaign, however, as it is a very big adventure. As for the hack factor, I'm sorry to say that my view might be a little off as I ran it as an evil campaign. but every one had a lot of fun and I gave me what I look for in prefab-mods, free time to work on my own adventures.

i could help you write a story, if you wanted.
