So i was thinking that i could write down on peices of paper what the voice would say. And things such as that. The voice would be completly hoens the whole time. But then, suddenly, during the final boss fight. It turns out the voice is the boss. But once the boss is dead. The voice still talks. Would just passing notes to the other players even work? |

He would slip a note of what is said and if we failed a save what we would have to do. Was kinda fun being able to backstab friends and not be blamed :P . |

Telling him where some baddies are, and where the trap is at. When it needs to be told. Would it give him an unfair advantage over other players? |

(though if he decides not to reveal the info because he thinks that the other characters may think he's insane, thats totally in keeping with the idea). have the voice tell him where stuff is when the voice (ie you) deem the info is neccessary to that player's survival (i.e. toss in a few encounters too hard for your players and have the voice tell the player where they are so they can avoid it), but do not have the voice reveal everything, and have it quite unpredictable about when it gives advice. if you want to be really devious with the voice, have it toss in a few comments about trivialities, like commenting on the weather and such. :evillaugh  nothing like not only not knowing when the voice will talk to the person, but not knowing if it will be helpful or not :) |
