Earlier I asked about ability-items and spells. Now I wonder:

Will an ability-item, like gloves of dexterity +2 allow a player to take a feat , like Many-shoot, wich he usually wouldnt have enough dexterity to take?

Gratefull for an answer.

Sure he can. If he ever takes off the gloves, though, he loses the benefit of Many-shot, until he can get his Dex back up to qualify for it.

Yes, and as long as he has those gloves on, he can use it, but the instant they go off, he loses access to the feat until he puts them (or equvialent) back on.
