When a player hp reach 0 or lower, that player % dice to see if he stabilize.
The player stabilizes if he rolls d100 <(10 + [con modifier]). If the player is not
stable then he takes 1 point of con damage. (Player do that until is stable or
dies ie reach 0 constitution).

Usual healing method to stabilize ork but does not heal con damage.

What do you think ?

I think after a near death experience it forces a player to rest a bit.

A lot more fatal for low-level characters. Dealing with Con damage is very difficult. The reduced max hit points even after healing makes the PCs even squishier. And it increases downtime since any appreciable amount of Con damage (say four or five) will put the characters down for two days recovering, even if they have a skilled Healer. No smart adventurer is going to go off with reduced maximum hit points if they can help it.

Also, this system really makes no difference between being at -1 and -9. I assume they still die at -10.

All in all, meh. Not something I would bother with.

Hp of player stays at 0. Only constituion goes down. If a player as a Con of 15 he has 15 rounds before he is dead.

In that case, nothing dies by outright damage. Which is interesting.

What happens when someone at 0 is down and being beaten on, though no coup de grace? Translate to Con damage?
