I want it to be a cool, kinda epic thing, not just an "how're you doin'?" in the middle of a cave. Any suggestions? |

She is the one that wants it, let her come up with how to pursue it. Sure, it's up to you to make it possible and set the scene, but put some of the work on her shoulders. |

The PC, who is probably roleplaying his desire to summon elie's himself, should attempt to counter the water elie with a fire elie. The epic struggle part, is that two elemental princes use this opportunity to continue an ages long struggle. The battle will soon change focus from the PC's vs opponents, and focus on this epic clash of titans. Assuming the PC's assist the fire elie, the fire elie should drive off the water elie. Then, after the PC's opponents have been driven off, the fire elie prince addresses the PC who summoned it. Possibly, stating gratitude for the PC's assistance in allowing the fire elie to continue his fight. Then again, maybe this is too over the top. |

If you want to do something a bit more exciting, you could make it a small dungeon, where an fire or whatever genasi, or a high level savant will teach them the methods needed to become a savant. Itd be good for one session or so, probably to do with plane shifting, collecting raw element or something, fighting all kinds of firey bad guys. I recommend a quick trip to the city of Brass. A pretty nice holiday vacation to see those lovely Efreet (elemental subtype). It could be quite memorable (perhaps more so, if theyre low level). |

Its an amazing idea. Maybe just having high-levelwizards fight with Elementals, one of Fire and the other of Ice, and assist the fire one would be best... kinda make it small-scale. A calsh of monstrous elementals is a but much, but... wow. I can see it all happening now... But you have to give it build up, and make it VERY difficult, so as not to just walk them into this prestige class. Meeting with a friendly elemental/outsider is not an every day occurance, even by PC standards (read: siggy). |
