07-24-06, 10:44 PM anyone know if there is already made stats for particular Angels, such as Azrael, lucifer, and St. Mike the archangel? or will i be forced to make them?

Though I know there was something like this in a third party supplement. Sean Reynolds wrote it (I think.) I just can't remember what the name is right now, I am tired.

Edit: Anger of Angels is the name of the book. It was pretty interesting, I would recommend it if you're going to be using "real world" angel mytho/theology.

07-25-06, 03:12 AM You could go off of the MM on page 10 and just add a core or prestige class from either the complete divine or the exalted deeds. There are some really cool classes in both books that could give you some ideas to go on if you do build your own angels.

07-25-06, 03:37 AM DnD isn't based off of Chrisianity but the influence is there, as with most other religions and mythologies.

The Book of Exhalted Deeds has stats for the celestial rulers in the DnD mythology (one for each level of Celestia). You could adapt a few of those for your purposes. I can't recall all their names but they are pretty much angelic figures, and each comes with a prestige class for their followers. Off the top of my head there's Raziel, Domiel, Erahol, Barrachiel, and three others. If I recall correctly, Raziel is the Defender, Erahol is a prophet figure, and Barachiel is a herald. I think there's an archangel figure in there but I can't remember who.

I also recall that one of the Demon Lords used to be an angel but I can't recall his name. You'd have to check somewhere else for that.
