I'm currently working on converting the Temple of Elemental Evil into 3.5, but one of the monsters listed in the original module, the green slime, has no 3.5 equivalent. I have looked through avery sourcebook that I have, but I can't find it. If anyone has any ideas as to how to craft a green slime, this would be very helpful.

Also, I plan on converting the other two related supermodules, Scourge of the Slave lords and Queen of the Spiders, as well, so any ideas as to conversions in the other two would help greatly.

The Slimes are now an enviromental hazard and not a monster anymore. Try to look for them in the DMG.

Yep... DMG p76. It drops from walls and ceilings and deals constitution damage. It counts as a CR 4.

If you insist on it being an actual monster, then you can always take a Grey Ooze (MM p202) and say that it's green. It's the same CR.

If you manage it, can you put it online somewhere? I'd love to have it!

Not really. A g-cube can move, and is considered a monster. The slime, being stationary, is a piece of terrain (like a patch of burning oil or a pit).
