Anyone got a hexmap.jpg? How many miles per hex for australia to fit on it? [Archive] - Wizards Community

How many miles per hex would you reccomed for a contient about the size of australia for a hex-map about the size of 8x11?

11-06-06, 02:33 AM Well, I would suggest that it depends on what scale you want it ;)
If you want your "Australia-sized" continent to fill up you whole map, then diveide the number of grids on your map by the dimensions of Australai(which you'll probably need ot google unless you're a freak who just knows that) and then round to a usable number and there's your miles per hex! Easy huh?
