My players, you can stop reading now

Ok, My players (6 PCs, lvls 11-12) are currently in a huge desert, and were informed that the cave containing a portal and information that they need is currently inhabited by a Walker in the Waste, who may or may not be a Dry Lich, and his Sand Dragon companion.

They've taken out the Dragon outside the cave while it was hunting, and are now about to go delving in for the 'Lich'

As it turns out the Walker (probably an Aherati) hasnt' become a Lich yet (he's lvl 5 cleric/lvl 9 walker), but he's pretty much ready too, and has done all the research necessary, just hasn't taken the last step or got the final OK from the Conclave.

Anyways, I'm not the best person in the world for working out spell lists and such, and considering how busy my schedule is with work over the next couple of days, at best I'd do an Ad-Hoc job of it.
So, I'm asking, if theres anyone who has a bit of spare time who likes doing up spell lists, can you please help me out?

The guy in question wont have known that the PCs were coming when he was prepping spells, however he'll have between 10 minutes and an hour warning that they're coming (10 minutes if the PCs rush to him, an hour if they skin the dragon for it's bits), and will have plenty of scrolls.

The list that this guy keeps would be reasonably general, however with the knowledge that it's entirely likely that if any adventurers entered the area they'd come after him.

He has two Salt Mummy's and a Sand Golem as guardians.

So, lvl 13 equivalent Cleric casting, Wis 20 plus whatever items I end up giving him, Thirst and Sand domains.

Any ideas?
