Since having a job, I've been able to turn my concentration away for a time and the creative juices started flowing again. I am writing up a new adventure/campaign resource book for the d20 Fantasy System. I thought about making the variant on advancing levels: access and training, a feature for this new project (which is strictly research and development for me. A new hurdle I shall have to jump over). Anyway, I'm wondering if any other DMs or Professional Game Designers use this variant, and allows the variant for multiclass 1st levs. I would also like to know if it has been a success in your campaigns. |

As far as skills and advancement...we roll hitpoints and adjust saves or ability scores if applicable as we go up level, and allow for new feats if warranted. Skills, if used, can advance, but new skills have to be researched or taught by someone with 5 ranks or more in that skill. Dash |
