Quick question; Are magical arrows (and other projectiles such as sling stones etc.) single-use or can they be pulled off the enemies bodies and be re-used? I say they are single-use as they are sold in bunches of 50 (arrows), but our ranger thinks otherwise. Please help us solve the debate before our next session :)

Thanks!

yes, masterwork ammo is destroyed/lost upon fireing.
ordinary ammo has a 50% chance to be destroyed/lost.

Yes and no. DMG, p 221:

"When a magic arrow, crossbow bolt, or sling bullet misses its target, there is a 50% chance it breaks or is otherwise rendered useless. A magic arrow, bolt, or bullet that hits is destroyed."

So yes, 51-100 on a d% if you miss, no if you hit.

Hope this helps!
