I want them to find an arabain nights campiagn setting in a post apocolipic Faruin. Anyways I'm looking for some coolness to include in the baza'ar. I have things like flying carpets and crystal balls and such.
Thankx for the help.

Monkey Paw~!

(Note: ~ means sarcasm. DO NOT USE MONKEY PAW!!!)

But shady dealers everywhere, with some with good stuff... And others with cursed stuff.

That's some fun stuff.

Personally I really like the magic items in Dragon #73, though about 25% are modern day items recreated through magic.

If the Jann are running it, I would include a lot of elemental magic, and would use parts of Oriental Adventures - lamellar armor, shukenja elemental spells, etc. The book isn't great, so I wouldn't buy it just for a few games, but if you can borrow it from someone in your group it is a worthwhile read. If you have Manual of the Planes you could have scrolls available of the spells therein if you plan to take the campaign in that direction.

I like the previous suggestions. I would also suggest that you read some of the tales of the "Arabian Nights", if you haven't done so already.

Also, note that some of the magic items in the DMG are from the Arabian Nights. The Flying Carpet and Ebon Horse immediately come to mind.

Finally, water-related items should have much higher costs. Same with a Ring of Sustenance.

At one time, I put up a bunch of stuff about a bazaar on ENWorld. However, I don't know how one would find it.

You can likely use ideas from Al-Qadim (http://www.al-qadim.com/), New Arabian Adventures (http://www.arabianadventures.org/), and even the Burnt World of Athas (http://athas.org/).

If you have access to the Dragon magazine archive, there are bound to be a host of articles themed for Arabian or at least hostile-environment settings. Here is the start page for all alphabetized magic items through Dragon #320 - Dragondex (http://www.aeolia.net/dragondex/magic-items.html).

Enjoy.
