BoED equivalent to BoVD's vile damage [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-07-05, 09:03 PM Is there a Book of Exhalted Deeds counterbalance to the Book of Vile Darkness' vile damage?

I thought there was.

I know holy damage is the balance to unholy damage, but what about vile damage?

10-07-05, 10:13 PM I don't remember seeing an opposite to vile damage in BoED, but I do remember seeing a feat called purify spell. It modifies an attack spell so it could not hurt good creatures and dealt extra damage against evil outsiders and undead (I think).

Doesn't have nearly the same effect, though. It simply does more damage the more evil you are.
