Bonus's from familiars? [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-11-04, 02:18 PM I was just wondering what kind of bonus familiars give. I have a player who has a toad (+2con) and was wondering if it stacks with a +con item, or with a wish/book?

04-11-04, 02:32 PM I'm not sure, but I believe familiar bonuses are unnamed. (I know that in 3.5, familiars that give the benefit of a skill enhancement stack with skill focus feats, and those that grant bonuses to saves stack with the save feats)

04-11-04, 04:43 PM Yes, I believe they are indeed unnamed, which means that yes they can stack with Con improving items and/or spells.

Wish/book attribute bonuses are "Inherent" bonuses and therefore do not stack with other "Inherent" bonuses.
