| Leibel01-18-04, 07:21 PM | I'm constructing some towns for the Campaign - a problem has arisen with wealth by class - I follow the available cash formula then divide the towns population like this Class Wealth Per Class 5% - Upper Class 10% 75% - Middle Class 75% 20% - Lower Class 15% Determine how much cash there is per class then divide by the number of people in that class to determine individual wealth. The problem is that poor people in a Large city have more money that rich people in a large town - a slight problem. Suggestions to solve this problem would be appreciated. Also how would the town militia work if the town was multi-racial and would important jobs be based on merit or by dominant race - would a Dwarf accept the court judgement of a Halfling Judge or want to be defended by a Merfolk lawyer - an important fact is that my campaign world is primarily divided between good vs evil Finally the total number of evil races I got from the MM outnumbers good races and I want to balance that out If I expand beyond the number of races I already have - And I do not want to make more elf or dwarf subspecies. |
