I've been DMing a campaign for our local DnD club for about two meetings now which comes to about 10 hours of game play. When playing I really feel my players are not communicating. Basically a few players argue over what to do while everyone else just goes along with it, and in combat these same players are really making the battle plans and the others are just attacking without really thinking. This has led to these other players developing severe ADD which
not only can be distracting(I have a piano in the room we play) but I feel like their not getting the most out of each meeting. Is there anyway I can get them all to work together? The ones who pay attention are: a fighter, a wizard, a
ranger, and a cleric, while the others with ADD are our Barbarian and Bard.
The wizard and fighter are the ones who basically make all the decisions(sometimes even whispering their plans to each other without telling the group) while everyone else just goes along.
