I've got a band of orcs inhabiting an underground level. There are 60 standard orcs (CR1/2), 6 3rd level orcs, 5 5th level orcs, and 3 7th level orcs. Plus ~80 femme-orcs, ~40 orclets, and 8 slaves. How does one go about calculating the ECL of this orcish band for purposes of treasure? Previously I estimated it at ECL 8 for 50 orcs (before I increased it just now and added the higher level orcs), based multiple chunks of encounters. Is there an 'official' way?
