Campaign Websites? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-29-04, 10:17 AM This past summer (before the board changes) there was a thread asking DMs to post their campaign websites which got a fair amount of replies. For a long time after this thread died down I kept returning to it and looking at the nice websites. However, after the board changes this thread disappeared (I've searched believe me) and I have found that I never bookmarked the sites I went to. So yeah, I ask all you kind DMs out there with websites to please reply to this thread and hopefully I can find the beloved sites of old!

11-29-04, 06:42 PM The Coming of the Zioth (http://www.zioth.com/zioth), a long-running, roleplaying-intensive PBeM in a home-brewed, low-magic world. Adventures have ranged from political upheaval to a murder mystery.

Features:
* Complete text of an ongoing PBeM in prose form (several novels worth, at this point).
* A document describing the setting.
* Custom religions, character descriptions, house rules and other junk.
* Character joining information, which makes a nice player questionaire for roleplaying-intensive campaigns.

The Wrath of the Talons (http://www.zioth.com/roleplay/talons), a high-magic FR game of epic scope, with a Lord of the Rings feel. Another player maintains this (http://pureimpulse.home.comcast.net) page for the same campaign.

Features:
* Character journals.
* PBeM posts (for when the DM is away).
* A timeline which links to all the journals.
* Custom items, character descriptions, house rules and other fun stuff.

11-30-04, 02:24 PM My 5-year D&D campaign recently ended. The 20th-level half-celestial party defeated their archenemy during the Last Battle at the end of the world. Here's the page devoted to the campaign.

The game is based heavily on the MUD Dragonrealms (with some serious work to convert some of the more interesting classes from that game into PrCs). All that's on the site right now is the summary of the adventure (which is on-going).
