Joko,

Your a little shy on details. Putting monsters in your campaign may or may not work depending on setting, plot & characters.

You said you have Diplomacy & Fighting, why do you feel you need a monster?

What's the nature of the "dead end"?

Maybe you could spice it up with a little mystery. It may be out of the league of your players (if they're a relatively inexperienced group) but if you think they're up to it, design an investigative mission for them.

People are turning up dead all over town and many of the murders are accompanied by reports of monster sightings. Of course, there may not actually be a monster; maybe it's a Wildshaped Druid, maybe it's an illusion, maybe it's a werewolf!

I put then through a haunted how but now I have used almost everymonster low enough for them I even have them fight 3 wrymings in it and everything. I am all out of mosters the only moster book I got so far is the Monster MAnual 3.5. the dead end is they are at a Army of goblins 35 total of then but they face them in squads of atleast 5-10 with one lvl 2 captain

So its time for them to retreat back to the town with an army of goblins on them. Encourage that retreat with overwhelming odds and choking smoke. Once they retreat back to the village or town have the war fought there.

Because they have bought this army of Goblins down on the village, they can be charged with some sort of crime such as reckless endangerment (or conspiracy to multiple murder with conditions) and have them banished from the community for life.

That will set them up as outcasts which pretty much cuts their power base and places them in a position of increased danger living out in the wilds.

Perhaps the mayor or village elders or parish priest will mark their names down in corespondence to central government and identify them a threat to the broader community.

When they do go into civilization it is to a wall of guardsmen and harassment by officials.

"We dont want your kind here." The Guard lowered the tip of his spear in the direction of Arturo the Paladin.
"My kind? Just who is my kind?" Arturo was insulted.
"You are Arturo Strang of Glind. We were warned about you." The Spear poked into Arturo's armor to get the point across.
