Can you cut off an arm, or shoot a man's eyes to make him blind. Can you do something else, can you do anything special? OR does it just mean you hit a vital spot? |

Because if a warrior can blind you with a sword slash, why a BIG 9 meter diameter fireball do not do the same thing? Logically the fireball would SURELY blind someone more than a sword! The game mechanics of D&D system do not support "located damage" and if you add it in the game you REALLY must think VERY WELL to each unbalancing that could go in and adjust a very lot of things |
