| Board_Rider01-08-06, 12:28 AM | What level is the party? I will assume 1st-3rd. For this answer. 1. Look at chart 2-6 on page 38 in the DMG. 2. A CR1 for characters 1-3 is worth 300XP...so there is the Wizard. 3. Basically what you want to do with the soldiers is lump them to get a solid CR of 1. Seeing as how they are CR1/2 then 2 soldiers equal a CR1. So 8 soldiers could be considered 4 CR1's. So adding that up you get 1200XP. 4. Add the total XP, in this case it would be 1500. 5. The 1500 would then be divided by the party total. So if you had a party of 5 2nd level PC's they would each get 300XP. That is a very basic setup. Things like different class levels, Level Adjustments and even terrain can add XP. Hope that helps. Be :cool:, BR |
