Character Background Questionnaire Needed [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-11-06, 02:02 PM I'm looking for a list of questions for personal info., goals, history, and the like for my players to answer for their characters. Ideally, I'm needing something which has about 100 questions or so, something in-depth but not too in-depth. They are beginning at level 5. I would appreciate any links or any of your own questionnaires greatly.

08-11-06, 03:29 PM Take a look at the Ten Memories Thread. That is about the only thing you need in my opinion. You can require the players to be as detailed as you think you need. I'm sorry but I am pretty html inept, so I haven't provided a link. It's in "What's a DM to do" and is probably not buried more than one or two pages.
