One of the people in my group is a thief. now since he was one of the more experienced players in the group he is now a much higher level than the others. they have complained about this many times. is there any way i can bump him of his thrown without it looking diliberate. :D

I fear you are playing 2ed.

Level drain is your friend for these situations, now the art is actually hitting him without hitting the others in the party, good luck to you.

How did he get more experience to go up a few more levels than the other PC's?
