Only for three months, but Iīd really like to get involved in a game, especially since Iīve been told that Germany is more accepting about role-playing as a passtime and per-capita more Germans play than Americans. What are your suggestions for finding a game and players? Know any good German web sites, shops, or player associations? Are you an American or German in Berlin looking for a game? Oh, and my German isnīt the best, but I can get by.

The people I play with are mostly classmates or ex-classmates of mine or friends of them, but I don't know wether you're still in school and such. Secondly: I live in the netherlands, I think the situation here is comparable to germany (hey we're neighbors) but I could be wrong. I picked up the hobby at a local gamestore, you may find WotC official gamestores in germany here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=company/info/retailersDE) Many gamestores have like these boards where you can post little ads like rp group wanted or so. I also saw such a board in a store called 'American Book Centre' in Amsterdam (link (http://www.abc.nl/frontpage/locations/index.php) ) maybe there are stores like this in germany too. Good luck finding a gaming group!
