Most of these have been FAR out of the spell's limits. You can simply suggest one reasonably sounding action over others, not make the subject believe his weapon is about to explode... That would be a bluff check.

But well... One creative way I heard was that whole party except the bard waited outside the window, the bard walked in and told they are there to kill the NPC and suggested he would escape through the window. He did, right to the hands of the rest of the party...

This is an excerpt from the phb on the spell suggestion pg 285 which trumps the srd. "Asking the creature to stab itself, throw itself onto a spear, immolate itself, or do some do other obviously harmful act automatically negates the effect of the spell. However, a suggestion that a pool of acid is actually pure water and a quick dip would be refreshing is another matter."

Noticed how the PHB doesn't even have bluff check and believing your sword is about to explode is just as "believable" as a pool of acid is like pure water.

21) "You remember your boss telling you he was expecting us, and to let us through"

22) "LOOK!" *point* *sneak attack*

Most acids have a color APHA of 40 or less - almost as clear as water. If the fumes are being drawn away, it would indeed seem more reasonable than the sword about to explode.

25) You really need to go take a leak.

26) If you go look right in that nook of the cave you'll find a magical greatsword that will bring certain victory in this battle.

27) That (weapon) is far too hot to touch. (Thanks to Stephen King, Firestarter)

Most traditional fantasy (including black dragon's breath weapon) the color is a distinct green. Well anyway bunch of spells could be flung around or believes the spell I just cast will cause sword to explode.

28: While holding out a steel brush: You're soo dirty you need to scrub yourself vigorously with this lovely soft brush for an hour or so.

For the heck of it I silent/stilled that one to an NPC I didn't like. The suggestion was delivered telepathically. I got some strange looks when the man suddenly walked up to me, took the brush and started scrubbing his skin to a bloody pulp.

Yes, most of them have been out of the scope of "reasonable"or even useful for that matter.

Fishing sounds like a very good idea, why don't you go find a pole and some bait.

Used this one on a bandit out in the middle of the desert... got a really funny look from the DM when it worked.

34. I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, Mr. Guard, but clearly you are the most valuable thing around here. So standing in this dangerous area is doing your employer a disservice. I think the best way to protect yourself would be to go home and take a nap... But, hey--that's me.

42. My favorite: as the guards are called use suggestion on the leader.
This man (point to guy you were accosting or robbing) is trying to rob me.

43. Suggestions work well with illusions: "They're lead by a dragon: retreat to the catacombs!" If they're in full retreat, they don't get to interact with it.
