| Xantel01-18-05, 10:09 PM | everyone has these specific things, "101 worst players" "101 worst PC actions", well this is in general, the WORST D&D moments. whether it be stupid/funny/wierd/annoying things a DM/PC/NPC/ has done. doesnt matter. anything. go for it :D |
| speeblefreak01-18-05, 11:26 PM | #1. The DM lets a Paladin3 buy a +1 flaming longsword for 150 gp. |
| GaffeR01-19-05, 12:11 AM | #2) 10th lvl Paladin double 20'd (instakill) by a monkey. |
| Kulthos01-19-05, 12:58 AM | #3) Exceptional Strength rules from Advanced D&D. All fighters needed 18 str to be usefull. #4) D&D Second Edition. I became fluent in GURPS. #5) D&D 3.5. I understand WotC likes money, but this was too blatent a cash grab. Third edition was a breath of fresh air that made D&D playable again. 3.5 is a successful pick pocket attempt. |
| anders01-19-05, 05:48 AM | #6 - Mordenkaines Disjunktion - Bye bye character wealth. Oh, and artifacts. #7 - FR books that advertise with 100 new feats, 100 new prc etc. In the old days you got good content (history and backgrounds). |
| Sturmfeldt01-19-05, 06:26 AM | #8: A PC (not mine!) standing in front of "the endless swamps" asking the DM how big these swamps actually are... #9: My druid casting flaming sphere in a densely forested area, nearly set the whole forest on fire and was an inch away from receiving punishment by my god... |
| digoraccoon01-19-05, 08:24 AM | #10 - PC rogue and ranger looting a White Dragon's cave and then walk by the dragon, calmly saying "Just passin' through, you nutbar." |
| MarkB01-19-05, 08:44 AM | #11 - Playing one of our first games in school as utter newbies, we're investigating a wilderness area and come across a massive metallic object. DM: "It's an alien spaceship." :uh-huh: |
| Alcari Ambaron01-19-05, 04:36 PM | #12 - When you draw up a great treehouse to keep a magical statue, and the party decides to burn it down and grab the statue from the ashes. bye bye hours of work :weep: |
| Xantel01-19-05, 10:03 PM | #13 <see sig> dont ask about the wings and claws...we were testing out a wierd modern fantasy kinda thing, i was a teenage half-deamon..so yeah...just check the sig, haha |
