ridiculous 07-04-04, 11:35 PM	Try to search for the srd on wizards (basically an online, free PHB with no flavor text, I think) ... you'll find the 3.5 for sure, I don't know for 3.0 but I don't think they changed bonus feats for fighters and abilities for clerics...
Edward 07-05-04, 12:55 AM	Our playing with 2 people an no PHB. You need a PHB. One would be enough but you do need one. For now the SRD should suffice. The list of bonus feets for a fighter may have changed and so did the spells for the cleric. Other than that I think it is all the same. Considering you don’t habve any books you may as well go to 3.5 and use that SRD. I doubt you will find the 3.0 SRD on the wizards site but it will be on the web somewhere. Do a search for something like “D&D 3rd ED SRD” don’t put 3.0 as the term was meaningless when 3.0 was current. Edward

Zelphi 07-05-04, 07:55 AM	That should tell you most of what you need to know... though I don't know why you object to taking up 3.5 (I could understand if you've actually played it...) though. Most shops won't sell it, if anything they'll have the 3.5 PHB at least.
Darth K'Trava 07-06-04, 02:53 PM	No need to get rude and offensive, people! If you can't help, then DON'T POST!!! Perhaps you should try ebay or amazon to try to get a 3.0 player's handbook. They're being sold, on ebay at least, fairly cheaply. That way you'd have a hardback copy that's easy to keep up with rather than a notebook with printouts which can get lost, torn easier.
