4 Hour Character [Archive] - Wizards Community

I need your expert advice my friend is launching his new campaign tomorow and I have 4 hours to make a first or first level la +1 character. It would really help me out if you guys could give me suggestions.

11-08-07, 06:37 PM Did you mean Second or +1 LA? I'd go for a second level character (I prefer rogues and Paladins myself), unless you really want a +1 LA character, in which case I suggest either an Aasamir or Tiefling (Both are flavorful and well worth the LA).

Protip: Tieflings ain't worth it.

11-08-07, 07:51 PM Without ANY information about what the campaign is like, or what you want, or what's allowed by your DM...

I would suggest stealing the character sheet example in the back of your player's handbook (Stats for Regdar, right?) and adjusting whatever you feel needs serious fixing on it.

1st level fighter FTW!

With 3 racial Hd, making them level 4 to start off.

11-10-07, 08:03 PM My wife went halfling thrown weapon. Put levels on fight till four. Put 18 on dex not including the +2 for halfling, weapon focus, point blank shot, quick draw, and rapid shot.at first level she had 5+1WF+1PB+1BAB +1HRT=9. She is 3rd now.
