Hey guys, Honcheight here again!

My Rogue [Solithun], may face extinction in the very near future! So the DM has allowed me to make a backup incase he dies early in the next session :\

ECL 17 [LA Max +1]

4d6 floating roll stat system.

The core party is my Rogue, a Monk/Wannabe Tattooed Monk, and a Wizard [Necromancer].

We have 2 guests, a Wizard/Alienist, and a Fighter/Dragonrider.

Suggestions and ideas would be much appreciated!!

I was thinking throwing another Wizard into the fray, Evocation focus most likely.

Everyone loves destruction!!

Your party lacks a healer, and if your character is dead, youd have no rogue/trap-finder/skill-monkey either.

You should play what youll find fun. Thats first and foremost.

But, if I were looking to join the party you described, sans the rogue, and if youve been pretty successful as a party so far, Id play a rogue whos dipped into a divine casting class, maybe cleric with the Trickery or Travel domains, but the flavor of a favored/soul rogue is nice, if less powerful.

I think Id go 5 levels of cleric and 12 of rogue.

would your DM allow an Incarnate? you could take some levels of Cleric and Incarnate and us thieves' gloves to have trapfinding. plus with incarnates your main focus stat is your CON so you'll have high HP, to help with melee fighting

You could go Divine Trickster (http://www.giantitp.com/articles/5M5QGsJ5mpbLfAHduZG.html). More spells and sneak attack bonuses. Good stuff.

I was not aware of that PrC, but you are certainly right. If your DM allows it, a PrC that advances both your rogue skills and divine casting is the way to go.
