I just wanted some insight on a couple debates we're having.

Would a character using Monkey Grip to wield a large weapon gain a 10 ft reach?

Can a character that threatens 10 ft (like with the spiked chain) and Hold the Line make two attacks of opportunity against a charging opponent?

Can Two-Weapon fighting be used in conjunction with touch spells, or would a mage have to cast the touch spell twice in order to do so?

Is studded leather considered metallic for the purpose of what armor a druid can wear?

1) Reach is a function of your size, not the weapon's size, unless specifically stated otherwise. Your reach stays the same.

2) Theoretically, but you'd need to be able to make that many AoO's in a round, which would require Combat Reflexes.

3) The first successful attack would discharge the spell, leaving the rest of your off-hand attacks as regular unarmed strikes.

...they may only wear padded, leather, or hide armor

4) Judging from that statement in the Druid Class description, I'd say that Studded Leather probably does count as metallic.

Since JasonOrlandoHawk answered everything (correctly) I'll just affirm that no, druids canNOT wear studded leather (or any other armour with metalic bits) UNLESS there's no metalic bits... that is, one can buy (at higher prices) studded leather with darkwood studs, splintmail made of dragon hide, etc. (much of it specifically made for druids).

There actually was a leather scale variant I saw in Arms and Equipment I think.

You also should be able to craft Studded Leather that Druids can effectively use without penalties via the Ironwood Spell.

2) I'm not real familiar with the feat in question, but a general guideline is that a single action can't provoke more than one AoO from a given opponent.

For example, a halfling sprinting across a dragon's threatened area only provokes one attack of opportunity, even if the dragon has combat reflexes.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

3) Again, this is a little fuzzy, but I seem to recall that if you cast a second spell while holding the charge on a touch spell, that touch spell dissipates.

No, you can invoke 2 attacks of oppurtunity with a charge. Ever read about the cheesy half-ogre build with a spiked chain? They basically get 3 attacks to their opponents 1.
