Alright, here's the situation i'm in:

My party consists of mostly "good" characters. There is also a chaotic neutral character. I on the other hand, am chaotic evil. Right now we're working together... somewhat. I obviously have other ambitions but I keep them hidden for now. I know sooner or later that i'm going to have to fight most, if not all of them. Now we technically own a city because our crew's legend has grown tremendously and attracted hundres of deckhands at a local harbor. This harbor used to be a military base, and still is, except we have control over it. There's around 200 deckhands that are loyal to our crew.
I need some ideas on what I should do when the time comes to take them out. My original idea involved creating a thieves guild (as one does not officially exist in this fort, it's merely a network of thieves who communicate) and then singling out individual party members. This won't really work though, not without sacrificing a lot of skills points to maintain the guild. I know I'll have to single out the party members and here's my idea for each one so far:

Elly: Unknown
Toshiro: Unknown
Lug: Improved Invisibility, death attack/sneak attack until he's dead.
Ki: Improved Invisibility, death attack/sneak attack until he's dead.
Mesmer: Unknown
Horatio: Kill him sometime, he's no real threat as of now.

All of this will obviously be done on land and I'll make sure they're all seperated. Any ideas? Below are basic ideas of who i'm up against.

Elly:
Class: Druid
Level: 9
Alignment: Unknown
Fighting Style: Against low number of enemies she will wild shape and then attack. Against a high number, she uses briarweb and then uses more spells. She also controls a raptor (not fully trained)

Toshiro:
Classes: Monk & Initiate of Pistis Sophia
Levels: 6 & 3 (Respectively)
Alignment: Lawful Good
Fighting Stlye: Run up, beat the crap out of them by flurrying and hopefully stunning. Sometimes trips if he needs to. Is the master of a young dragon, although it's currently off growing

Lug:
Classes: Not sure, mix of barbarian & fighter
Levels: Totals to 9
Alignment: Neutral Good
Fighting Style: Get hit, frenzy and kill (does close to 120 damage each turn)

Ki:
Class: Cleric
Level: 9
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Fighting Style: Unsure... she's new and just does what she thinks should be done

Mesmer:
Class: Psionic (Telepath)
Level: 9
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Fighting Style: Use long range mental attacks, attemps dominations and things of the sort

Horatio:
Class: Rogue
Level: 9
Alignment: Who knows?
Special Note: He does nothing, he is our "captain" as we are at sea. All he does is order people around but he's the only one capable of flying our ship (spelljammer ship)
Fighting Style: Orders his underlings (a group of 30 or so) to attack. Very knowledgeable about battles on the water between other boats, otherwise he's screwed. He fights with a pan!

Keito: (Me)
Classes: Rogue, Fighter, Shadowdancer, Assassin
Levels: 3,2,2,2 (Respectively)
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Fighting Style: Hide at the beginning, sneak up on opponent, sneak attack. Retreat for a ways and repeat using hide in plain sight. Two weapon fighting with dagger of flaming and cold short sword. Also bluff to sneak

Owh, but killing PC's is not only bad, it's wasteful...

Wait, a Chaotic Paladin? He must be a paladin of Freedom, but he should have detected you as evil and either smited you or refused to adventure with you by now.
And a LG Druid? Apparently your DM doesn't believe in alignment restrictions, does he?

Anyway, I don't see why you would have to kill them just because you're chaotic evil. I mean, can't you just view the other party members as in-expendable pawns that you can use to gain yourself more power, rather than people in the way and in needing of a stabbing?

Also, I'd say don't go through with it because you're going to make a lot of players upset and angry at you when you stab all of their characters, much less the DM. I hope you've made it clear to the other players and the DM that your character is out to get them.

Another path is sudden reformation into Chaotic Neutral/Good, and becoming a redeemed villain, like finding the meaning of Karma or something. (My Name Is Earl styles!)

Just doing my Karmic duty.

Woops, she's a cleric haha. Sorry about that! And the druid... I may be wrong on her alignment. I'm just basing it on what I viewed. Oh well. But it's not that I think I need to kill them, it's that I think they are going to off me. The monk detects evil and sees me... that's not good considering he gets a lot of plusses when attacks evil. This isn't a for sure thing, i'm just looking for a back up in case things go awry

Why do you have to kill them, If it get bad just get the heck out of dodge. run away! That what a smart assasin type would do. Its not like you have a contract on them. Its not really in your self interest to kill them. In fact the odds are stacked against you it in your best intrests to just leave now. If you must kill them do it years later hunting them down one by one after they have forgotten all about you. (maybe even with a team of assasins to help)

Compared to the rest, your character is pretty weak.
Best advise: Repent of your evil ways, become good, learn to cooperate with your teammates.

Second best advice: Run screamimg like a little girl.
