When attacking, I see you use 1d20 + BAB + Strength Mod + Size

Now for damage, you use the weapon, for an example, let's use a longsword, so

1d8 + Strength Mod + what else, anything? Is the BAB added to damage?

No BAB is not added to damage. Anything else added is something special, like from a magic weapon, or a feat like weapon specialization.

I'm not sure if this is just one of our house rules but we
add 1.5x strenghth modifier to damage if a normally one-handed melee weapon is wielded with two hands. (Make sure character isn't using a shield when adding the bonus or isn't using a weapon that cannot be used one-handed.)

Anything else you might add to damage

boni due to feats
boni due to magic
boni due to bardic music
sneak attack bonus
