Question: I know I've seen it, but I can't find it.
Does magic plate mail, ring of epic protection and amulet of natural armor class stack?

Magic Plate Mail = Armor Bonus
Ring of Protection (I'm guessint Epic as well) = Deflection bonus
Amulet of Natural Armor = Natural Armor Bonus

Since they are all different bonuses, the answer is yes, they stack.

ok the plate mail gives an armor bonus to AC, the amulet gives a natural armor bonus to AC, and I don't have the description of the ring in front of me but if it's like the regular rings of protection then it gives a deflection bonus to AC. In that case, yeah they all stack.

No, they don't stack. Read p. 122 in 3.5 PHB under "Armor/Shield Bonus."

"...The armor bonus from a suit of armor doesn't stack with other effects or items that grant an armor bonus, such as the magic armor spell or bracers of armor."

The ring and bracers would stack. It's one or the other: armor or magic items.

Where did bracers enter into this? He mentioned a suit of armor (Armor Bonus), a Ring of Protection (Deflection Bonus), and an Amulet of Natural Armor (Natural Armor), all different types, all stack.

Bracers of armor weren't on the OP's list. The plate mail is the only item on his list that grants an armor bonus to AC so it stacks with everything. See the previous posts.

Comment withdrawn, since the two posters above me did it well enough.

Quick question:

What if something is an unnamed bonus? (generally not the case with AC bonuses but more common with other types). Do unnamed bonuses stack?

Unnamed bonuses stack with everything.

actually bracers of armor would not stack with magic armor since they both grant "armor bonus". likewise mage armor doesnt stack with them because it grants "armor bonus" however barkskin grants a "natural armor bonus" which would stack with the orevious and the rings are deflection which stack and there are insight bonuses which would stack with the rest and so on and so forth. you just have to read for the type of bonus provided and this also allows you to know if they count for touch and/or flatfooted AC

Unnamed bonuses stack with everything.
I'm pretty sure that an unnamed bonus still won't stack with itself (i.e. you can't get the same bonus twice from two of the same thing). Otherwise, yes unnamed bonuses stack with everything. As do dodge and I believe circumstance bonuses.

Actually, that's an interesting question.

Two unnamed bonuses of the same kind, from different sources, would of course stack, but with identical sources, would they stack?

Quite obscure. Two different quotes from Glossary make it not completely clear.

Bonus: A positive modifier to a die roll. In most cases, multiple bonus from the same source or of the same type in effect on the same charachter or object do not stack; only the highest bonus of that type applies. Bonuses that don't have a specific type always stack with all bonuses.

stack: Combine for a cumulative effect. In most cases modifiers to a given chek or roll stack if they have diferent descriptors (or no descriptors at all), but do not stack if they have the same descriptor or come from the same source (such as the same spell cast twice in succession). If the modifiers to a particular roll do not stack, only the best bonus or worst penalty applies. [...]

So from a literal reading of the rules it is not clear in my opinion. And to me that "in most cases" makes it even more debatable.

By the way in the entry for "penalty" it says penalty always stack except if they come from the same source.

In my game for analogy with the penalties, if the unnamed bonus comes form the same source don't stack, otherwise they do.

Actually, I was thinking that the stacking rules in the magic chapter would be a better place to look (pg 171-2). It still says ' a bonus that isn't named stacks with any bonus.' But the example given in same effects with differing results is Ray of Enfeeblement wich is an untyped penalty (which I believe works in the same way as a bonus) and it explicitly does not stack.
