I have a druid lvl5, shifter lvl3 (a prestige class from masters of the wild) and a warshaper ( prestige class from complete warrrior). The rules for "using wild shape" in masters of the wild mention that when you are in wild shape the druid acquares tha physical and natural abilities of the creature as the racial bonus , feats, extraordinary abilities but does not gain the supernatural and spell like abilities. Also tha drud retains his extraordinary abilities , spell like ablities but not his supernatural abilities.
The problem is that the ability "morphic weapons" which the wareshaper gains at 1st level is a supernatural ability and mentioned in the book tha the druid while has change his form in a wolf for example, can use this ability. So what can i do, use this ability or not or i can use any supernatural ability.

You can use supernatural abilities your character has gained, but not the ones that creature you become has. For Example: You turn into an undead with a supernatural fear effect(thanks to 3.0 Shifter, which is my favorite prestige class ever) You do not get the fear effect, but you have your warshaper abilities(Morphic Weapons, Immunties, Fast Healing, etc.) and any other abilities that are supernatural (spell resistance, DR, etc.)

Hope I cleared it up for ya! Good Luck with the Shifter!
