Going with a divine and arcane spellcasting class both means you might need an extra feat or two to make up for lost abilities. The Elf might be a possibility if you're willing to lose (not get much extra) HP, in which case it should be Str 13 Dex 15 Con 12 Int 15 Wis 15 Cha 15
