Hey there,

First of all i apologise if this is in the wrong place, being my first post n' all hope its no big deal if it is :(

Anyways, Ive been introduced to D&D by one of my friends this past week, and its kind of caused my old Neverwinter-Id to resurface, and Im really interested in it^^ So far were playing only with the 3 core books (version 3.0) since were hardly all that serious.

But im really interested in playing the current version along eith some of the more "useful" core modules. Things im looking for are speciaifcally classes/feats/spells/skills, since were pretty good at writing our own adventures as it is.

From what ive read you pretty much need to own Complete Warrior, haha. Other than that im looking for some suggestions without having to spend a truckload of money since im a broke student!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

The complete series is always good, My favorite of which is complete arcane (Warlocks FTW). Stay away from the psionics books unless your DM has experience with them (Psionics are perfectly good/fun/balanced but unless your DM knows their weaknesses, you are going to be overpowered. Think Rhino in a china shop and no one with a tranq gun).

Download the SRD and then look at the Complete series. Also, look to the campaign setting that you are interested in ...
