So we have a Fighter/Dwarven Defender/Deepwarden he has a awesomely high AC But monsters seem to ignore him and go straight for the Cloistered cleric and the Wizard so is there a way for our fight to old Agro?

Well, not as easily as in WoW. Generally, smart monsters know whom to attack. That aside, there are two feats you might want to consider. One is Stand Still from the XPH, also available here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#standStill) - it lets you stop someone from moving with by a pseudo- attack of opportunity. It's not psionic btw, regardless of the book where it was published. Another is Goad from RoStone/CWarrior. However, the first requires that an enemy be in your range for attacks of opportunity, and the second requires a move action and decent charisma.

The knight base class and the devoted spirit discipline from Tome of Battle have similar abilities to hamper attacks at your allies, as do certain PrCs.

One way is to get a magic item of Mindless Rage: 1/day (or 5/day if can afford it). The more use a day, the more you can attempt this.
Using it will cause will save. Those that fail will have to target you for a few rounds (sucks if area spell).

Magic item DC will be 13 (so not best), but cost:
2 x 3 x 1800 gp= 10, 800
Than charges/day: Divide cost by 5/# charges each day.
1/day, 2, 160 gp
5/day, 10, 800 gp

Either way, will only lasts 3 rounds at minimum cost.

Just a suggestion. Without magic, except Knight Base class in PHB 2, few can force enemies to attack them.

There is your problem. It doesn't matter if you have a high AC if you can't get to the enemy.

We have a saying for this:

"Oh no, a Dwarven Defender! Quickly everyone, walk briskly!"

I recommend scrapping the PC, and making a Knight or a Crusader/Warblade, then trying again.

Crusader is a lovely fix for this - they've got stances and maneuvers that punish enemies for not attacking them. Oh, and they deal enough damage themselves that they don't seem like an unimportant nuisance compared to the fireball-flinging wizard.

Knight is not quite as good since they can't use their abilities against anything that hasn't got a language, is below 5 int or is immune vs. mindaffecting stuff. That basically means you'll be ineffective against vermin, animals, undead, constructs and some magical beasts, all of which have specimens that could give your squishy wizard a good whalloping.

When I play a tankish character, I usually take feats that aggressively defend my group, like Improved Sunder, Improved Trip and Improved Disarm.

I harass enemies with those feats.

I second the Crusader suggestion. The Devoted Spirit school, which only Crusaders have access to, is made for this. Even though D&D doesn't really have a system for "drawing aggro", it does for the Crusaders. The best part is that the more damage in your delayed damage pool (which is just what it sounds like), the more dangerous to your enemies you become!

Quite frankly, there is 1 solution: Your DM needs to co-operate. You are that tank character, you block that guys way and he cannot simply slip past you. I generally do not have monsters change their targets unless they have a motivation to do so, allowing the 'tank' of the group to engage them. Generally this allows the party to take a safe position behind the meat-wall, ensuring they cannot be reached.

Make good use of positioning. Block the way physically to the others, with any luck the monsters don't want to be AoO'ed.
