Aid another and improved combat reflexes [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-26-06, 11:51 AM I have a cleric cohort who has the Improved Combat Reflexes feat; his main purpose in combat is to flank for my main character, so he can use his sneak attack damage. I just recently wondered if my cleric cohort would be able to use Improved Combat Relfexes to up his AC and use the Aid Another action at the same time. It seems like he would be able to, but I was wanting to get some other opinions on it before I brought it up to my DM.

That hasn't got anything to do with AC. You sure you didn't mean Improved Combat Expertise?

If you did mean that, then no you can't use Aid Another with Combat Expertise, you must attack when using Combat Expertise.
