an item that protects against ability score damage etc. [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-30-05, 07:09 PM I can't name any off the top of my head but items that make you immune to necromantic effects should apply against most drains. Poison and disease immunity also protects you from drains from those sources. If you can figure out how, changing your creature type to either construct or undead would likely make you immune to those things as well.

06-30-05, 09:23 PM Scarab of Protection from the DMG it costs around 38,000 gp, but has limited charges (12 I think) there are a few feats like enduring life from the Libris Mortis that I believe stop the effects of negative levels temporarily, and Lasting life lets you purge them with a will save that you can repeat round by round.
