Animal Companion Stat Sheets [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-01-04, 12:57 PM I've been looking all over the place trying to find some sort of character sheet for a ranger's animal companion. Haven't been able to even find a static PDF file (although something that I can fill out and print would be nice too). If anyone has one (or a link that I can check out to one) that would be great.

12-01-04, 01:32 PM there isn't one, really... just take the stat block for the animal from the MM and adjust it according to the animal companion rules in the PHB. it's barely 1/2 sheet of paper...

12-01-04, 03:07 PM If you pick up the old 3.0 Character Sheet Pack, (the one with a sheet for each individual class) it also has spell lists, and something for an animal companion.

Hadn't checked out the Animal Companion form on "BlackBart's" website - the one by Shannon Greene where he's been working on that HeroForge spreadsheet. http://home.san.rr.com/blackbart/
He's got the 3.5E character sheet there (which I've been using). But I hadn't tried the Animal Companion sheet that's also on the site, since it was 3.0E, and I know there were changes between 3 and 3.5 with regards to the animal companion. Since my original posting, I have checked it out, and it does appear to work based on the 3.5E rules - need to look at it a bit more closely, just to make sure, but looks good enough for play purposes.

On a side note, I had been using RedBlade (the .12 version) for modifying my character, but found a couple of quirks in it. So far, the HeroForge indicated above works well.

12-02-04, 12:56 AM I have one that I made myself. It's a nice little Excell sheet so it's best if printed out then stats written on it, but if you want it PM me.
