Animal companions and healing [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-21-05, 03:58 AM Kinda new to these forums and to 3.5 ed in general.

I'm playing my first ever Druid and wondered what the rules are on healing your animal companion?
For instance - if your animal companion is knocked to 0 or less Hit Points can it be stabilised and healed?

12-21-05, 04:38 AM Yes. The rules for death, dying and healing in 3.5 are basically the same for practically any living creature as they are for player characters.

I found it rather odd that there were no definite criteria on this in the books when they stress so much that a Druid should not take their companion for granted etc ...
Not that I spend way too much time researching anything and everything you understand.
