I'm a huge fan of archer characters, I always play rangers/fighters with bows, but i've never dabbled in magic.

Can you describe it for me, what the class is like I mean, and can they use cleric magic instead of wizard magic?

Like Divine Archer or something?

The class is only for arcane elf spellcasters, sorry.
