I advise you to go to the Character Optimization (http://boards1.wizards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=339) board and tell them what you want and what books you have to draw from. Be prepared to answer questions and give input, they can be somewhat vitriolic if you just show up with "Make me a character!" and not putting any work in yourself. :P

For arcane trickster, if you don't mind skipping evasion, and want to get into Arcane Trickster ASAP, I'd say the quickest route is rogue 1/psychic rogue 1/wizard 5/Arcane Trickster. Alternatively, substitute spellthief for psychic rogue. Or even go spellthief 1/psychic rogue 1.

Fochlucan Lyrist is a more difficult case, because its class abilities are extremely powerful, so it cannot be taken before 11th level. This is the nature of the prestige class, and, as far as I know, there are no ways around it. A druidically focused fochlucan lyrist might be a druid 6/bard 2/divine oracle 2/fochlucan lyrist. This build requires counting "prescient sense" as "evasion," which is dubious (whether it's as dubious as a ring of evasion is more difficult). A more arcane focused one might be a bard 7/druid 1/master thrower 2/fochlucan lyrist, or rogue 2/bard 7/druid 1/fochlucan lyrist. It's popular to throw in sublime chord there too, for one or two levels, so that the fochlucan lyrist ends up casting as a 9-10th level druid and a 10th level sublime chord. Pick your poison.

You need 1 level in druid straight up. This will fulfill the divine spells requirement and short of DMs intervention is the only way to get the druidic language.

As for Arcane trickster powering, well that depends on whether you want to be a more effective rogue or a more effective caster.

If you decide to head toward the caster area, I suggest the practiced spellcaster feat to shore up your caster level to your hit die. By taking a level in spellthief or rogue first level instead of a caster ensures a metric ton of skill points. Rogue has more skill points but spellthief has class skills which span the caster area and rogue area well. Insightful reflexes trades your intelligence modifier for your dex modifier for reflex saves, which makes it so you dont have to have high dexterity, particularly if you dedicate a few spells toward armor/miss chance. Dedicating a feat towards skill focus (knowledge: religion) allows you to take a few levels in Divine Oracle, which after 2 levels gives you prescient sense, which gives you evasion (In any armor, though you probably wont be wearing armor anyway) and a few other nicities without losing caster levels. That should get you trickster.

After all that (Druid level included) all you need is the bardic music. One level in bard works.

So thats 9 levels of requirements before you have the requirements in both classes, except for the 13 skill points in perform. One level in Trickster will get that (Though perform is not a class skill, you can put 2 for 1 into it).

Jumping around cherry picking like this will result in an utterly horrible BAB.

If you want to drive your DM crazy, technically 1 level in spellthief will give you the ability to cast 1st level arcane and divine spells. You just have to stab the right guy. Then you can try to convince him that you have a good roleplaying reason for knowing druidic.
