Armedforces dice chuckers! [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-27-08, 07:52 PM Hey im her stuck in the Airforce and have no one to game with, any other people out here in dnd land serving the armed forces right now? come on, let me know im not alone, and if you can throw some hints to me about how to rally up other games and find some time to do a campaign or two.

03-29-08, 11:17 PM I was in the Corps, you need to scope the people you think play, and ask 'em. If they don't, they'll give you a stupid look and say "huh?" But they may be able to point you to someone who does, because everything is possible over there.

03-30-08, 01:19 PM I was in the AF for only six months (medical discharge *cry*), but found a gaming group at tech school. About twenty people exchanging books (Ft. Leonardwood (lost-in-the-woods) MI for emergency readiness).

03-30-08, 01:46 PM Don't think of it being stuck in the AF, I started playing in tech school by going to the rec center and seeing a couple of groups playing and was able to join a group. I did this also after getting stationed overseas and joined a group with people from other services. You can also use meetup.com to find groups near you.
