Tribalshadow 09-20-05, 09:03 PM	In the game that I am playing we had a very long discusion about Atk of op. I am playing a cleric and the fighters and thief were on the other side of the room fighting a hell cat. When the drow wizard appered next to me in my face and casted a spell, not sure witch one but it drained my con, wis, and Int, it was a touch spell. Was that suppose to give me an Atk of op?
Tyler Do'Urden 09-20-05, 09:41 PM	If he was casting a spell in melee, technically yes, you should have gotten an AoO. But there's a few things he could've done to avoid it. 1) Cast on the defensive (Concentration DC 15+spell level) 2) Hold the charge (cast the touch spell and hold it then move into range and smack you). 3) Suprised you (if he was invisible, you would've been flatfooted versus his attack). The last one is the one I'm least sure of.
Draco Strang 09-21-05, 11:43 AM	Tyler's pretty much on the money. I'm not that sure about the last one either, unless it was improved invisibility.
