Is there a chart somewhere (either in the manual or online) that tells me how many attacks per round my characters get as they go up in levels? If so, where is it? What page? What url?

I'm obviously going to need a lot more information (Race, Class?) before I can point you to a more specific link, but the SRD houses almost all the Core Rule Book and Monster Manuel, so I'd start there.

It's in the Player's Handbook. Look up your character's class. The BAB progression shows how many attacks you get and at what bonuses.

In short you get an extra attack at BAB: 6,11 and 16

It should also be noted that the Epic book made it clear that even getting 21 or better BAB does not give you a fifth iterative attack.

The most iterative attacks non-divine people can get is 4, and you get that at BAB 16/11/6/1

To achieve more you need twf/multi-weapon/natural weapons/flurry/rapid/haste or similar things.
