Hi

What could happen if a bard make a fascinate and in the same time a wizard make a dispel magic?

...Well, the fascination is a magical effect, so Dispel Magic ought to be able to counter or remove it, at least temporarily. However, I have no idea what the dispel check DC would be.

If I had to houserule it, I'd call the DC 10 + Half the bard's level + the bard's CHA modifier.

You can't counterspell rhigns that aren't...spells.

Since the bards' Fascinate ability is a spell-like ability, it can be dispelled. And since the bards' Facinate ability does not have a stated caster level, the caster level of the ability defaults to the bard's total HD (though it may be a reasonable houserule to limit the CL of the ability to the bard's actual class level). Therefore, the DC to dispel the effect is 11 + the bard's HD.

You can't counterspell things that aren't...spells.
FrostHammer is right. If you meant to ask what would happen if the wizard cast dispell at the exact same time the bard used Fascinate in order to prevent the effect before it even started, that would be a counterspell effect, and spell-like abilities can't be counterspelled.

For creatures with spell-like abilities, a designated caster level defines how difficult it is to dispel their spell-like effects and to define any level-dependent variables (such as range and duration) the abilities might have. The creature’s caster level never affects which spell-like abilities the creature has; sometimes the given caster level is lower than the level a spellcasting character would need to cast the spell of the same name. If no caster level is specified, the caster level is equal to the creature’s Hit Dice.

So assume the caster lv of fascinate of equal to the bard's lv (or rather, total lvs in bard+any prcs with improve bardic music).

You cannot counterspell fascinate, but you can ready an action to dispel fascinate just as the bard finishes activating it. So it pretty much works out to be the same thing.:)
