This is one of those basic things that you don't mess with.

12-15-05, 05:19 PM Tyler is correct. But there are a massive amount of feats that add bonuses to your attacks in some form or another(but the base stays the same) High STR(melee), high DEX(ranged), Weapon focus(x), point blank shot(ranged weapons at 30ft.) and so on.
If you're trying to get the additional attacks by rasing your BaB then your going to have to wait. But other ways to get additional attacks per round include: Monk's flurry of blows, speed weapons, the spell haste, fighting with two weapons, the two weapon fighting feat tree, rapid shot, and so on. Bear in mind that many of these impose penalties to your attack bonus.

As a general rule, don't mess with BAB. It's like editing config.sys; leave it to the professionals.

It shouldn't really have to. Epic Attack Bonus counts as BAB for Power Attack and PrC/feat requirements and all that. The only thing it doesn't give you is iterative attacks.
